• Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.
  Exceptions may occur if the item is drop shipped (most shoes are shipped directly from the manufacturer), or items that are special-ordered.

• Shipping charges are never refundable!

Returns/Exchange Policy

Sorry, we don't offer refunds, but we do have an exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in new/unused condition and must have all tags and original packaging in place.

The following items CANNOT be exchanged due to hygiene issues

• Wigs

• Makeup

The following unused items CAN be exchanged

• Breast Forms (only for another size)

• Shoes

• Jewelry

• Clothing

There is a $10 fee on any exchanged item.
This fee covers return shipping.
