HOW TO APPLY This item should have a applicator brush attached to it, but the manufacturer instead has a solid plastic rod. Just smear the adhesive on the breast form. Be sure to get the upper portion of the forms as that will be the spot that has the most pull. Let it get tacky for 10 minutes, then apply to your chest. Hold them down with a tight fitting bra for at least 15 minutes. The longer hold them down tightly, the better they will hold long term.

HOW TO REMOVE Holding the form in one hand and pressing your skin back with the other, slowly peel the breast forms gently off your body. There will be adhesive residue on you and the forms. To remove this use baby oil or adhesive remover. Then wash both the forms and your chest with warm water and mild soap.

HELPFUL HINTS Be sure to line up the breast forms before you put adhesive on. If you develop an allergic reaction using this product, stop using immediately.
